Wrongul Death refers to cases where the family members of person who was wrongfully killed bring a lawsuit against the liable party.   4. Pain and Suffering - Limited to the a parent of deceased minor child, the minor children of the decedent (or all children if no surviving spouse), and the surviving spouse.
